Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – either of the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery date
The estimated order fulfillment time is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.
Is there a possibility of a shipping delay?

How will the goods be shipped?
The shipping of goods will depend on their size; our logistics partners are usually DPD, DHL, Fedex, Ambro Express, or Zadbano.

Yes, we offer delivery with assembly, and the cost is 499 zł.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

The acceptable tolerance limit for upholstered furniture is ±4 cm. These differences arise from the properties of the materials used in production and the specifics of the upholstery process.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.

SALVADOR Table Lamp with Smoky Glass, Black Shade, and Gold Finish
Description
Table lamp Salvador is a design that embodies everything associated with classic elegance in interiors. It features muted colors, a golden finish, beautiful fabrics, a gentle glow, and subtle forms that will surely be appreciated by lovers of chic and sophisticated accessories.
The lamp's base, made of translucent, graphite glass with a mirrored finish, has a pleasing rounded shape and is placed on a round base in the color of antique gold. The mirrored surface reflects light on one side, enriching the interior with warm reflections, while on the other, it blends seamlessly with the dominant colors in the room. The gold sleeve placed inside is an interesting design element that cleverly conceals the cord.
The round shade, with a diameter of 30 cm, is covered on the outside with high-quality, black, subtly shiny satin fabric, featuring a gold brushed interior that softens the light and gives it a character reminiscent of a candle's glow.
The shimmering fabric and soft, diffused light make the standing table lamp Salvador an excellent decoration for a console, dresser, or side table, and when placed near a sofa or armchair, it enhances relaxation with its elegant design and soothing glow. The glass shades of the lamps are produced through the process of hand-blown glass at a glassworks in Krosno. Glass made using this technology features subtle irregularities and sometimes small air bubbles, which testify to the artisanal nature of the lamps. For the same reason, there may be slight differences in shape, thickness, or texture between individual shades in the collection.
